"I have known and worked with Katie for over ten years now. I chose Katie as my realtor when I was moving to Spokane because her background was similar to mine - she had been a school teacher and administrator. I hoped she would be trustworthy, reliable and have my best interests at heart, and I have never been disappointed. Katie helped me purchase my first home in Spokane, and two years later she helped me sell that home and purchase another lovely home with acreage with my new husband. When it comes time to sell our current home, we will seek Katie out as our agent once again because of the service she provides. I am happy to recommend Katie to anyone who is looking for a realtor who will listen to your needs, be attentive to details yet knows the bigger picture of the market, and will work hard whether you are buying or selling a house. Katie will go the extra mile."

On a More Personal Note...
My husband and I have twin daughters & a son and of course, a family dog. Living in the city, we are venturing into Urban Farming with a small flock of egg-laying hens. I enjoy volunteering at my neighborhood elementary, working one on one with students and assisting teachers with classroom preparations. My family is very supportive of the March of Dimes where I have held the position of Family Team Chair for the 2011 March of Dimes (MOD) March for Babies of Eastern Washington. On a continual basis, I volunteer with Washington State's DECA Area 11 competitions with the goal of helping high school students become our future leaders and entrepreneurs. My family and I reside in south Spokane and have enjoyed the changing seasons and weather excitement that the Pacific Northwest provides for us each year!
Continual Commitment
As part of my continual commitment to run my business exclusively by referral, I would like to extend my practice to other business people as well. Some do not know that you do not have to be buying or selling real estate in Spokane to get the services and commitment that I provide. My referral program is designed to create new business opportunities for real estate professionals, other trade professionals, and myself who can provide customized services to you. This is one way in which I generate new business and maintain a solid contact system. Several items I can provide to you and your referred friends/family are tailored cost-of-living/neighborhood comparisons, personalized school reports, and relocation packets. As always, with Windermere, you will receive advanced marketing and home search assistance! I will continually strive to provide you with excellent service because, in my business, the most profound assets I possess are your respect and trust.
